I cannot even begin to tell you how fabulous the lodge is. I recently had my wedding hosted at the lodge on September, and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. Wendy and her team go above and beyond to ensure that the day runs smoothly and that you want for nothing. The location is jaw dropping and offers complete privacy so that you can celebrate your day with your guests and not worry about any crashers. Our guests still rave about the menu and how delicious the food was! I cannot thank the lodge enough for working with me through postponements and changes due to the ever-changing restrictions. You made our day more beautiful and amazing than we could have ever imagined and it was definitely worth the wait :)

We went Sturgeon Fishing with our guide, Neil at Fraser River Lodge. I have to say, I'm a pretty big outdoors enthusiast and am very passionate about hunting and fishing and this trip is MUST for anyone who shares the same passion as I do. The area is fantastic, the style of fishing in such a unique river system is truly remarkable and I cant wait to go back again to go fishing for these giants in the Canyon. Even though the river was near flood stage conditions, Neil put us on fish right away and we spent more time Fighting fish than we did fishing for them ! 4 of us went on this trip and every single person landed the biggest fish of their lives ! Including the 9' , 400lb monster sturgeon that I fought for over an hour with Neils help, navigating the boat through the roots and trees that the river was throwing at us constantly. We landed all of our fish on the shore and got great pictures of all of them. Neil was an absolutely fantastic guide and I highly recommend asking for him and checking out this fishing trip on the Fraser River.

A truly excellent Lodge . We fish and stay at Lodges around the world and Fraser River Lodge is rated most highly in our estimation . The accommodation is excellent and the staff , front and rear of house , are uncanny in anticipating your wishes . Friendly unobtrusive service second to none . The Fishing ! We had the best guide I have ever met . Knowledgeable , informative , and fortunately possessing an excellent sense of humor and limitless patience in dealing with a couple of Aussies . The equipment is world class , and the fish were most cooperative . We came to catch a Sturgeon , and ended up catching 20 ,up to eight and a half feet long . A great place , great people , and brilliant fishing, all located in British Columbia , a beautiful place . Highly Recommend !

My husband and I stayed here for an evening in Sept the night after our wedding in a honeymoon suite. We went ahead and did axe throwing and got the breakfast ordered with it. (Ben??) The nice Australian man who took us out and taught us to throw axes was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Hes awesome, all the staff was wonderful and the views here are gorgeous. We should have also bought the dinner option instead of driving into Harrison to eat. We loved the stove in our room, but the main thing we were excited for was the large jet tub!! We came back from Harrison to go up to the bar and get more drinks, we came a bit late and right before they were going to close but they accommodated us and were kind. We ordered two drinks but took the second to our rooms. I love all the wood and big windows. I especially loved the bison in the fields you could see upstairs from your room. Id go back for family vacations or anniversaries, its quiet and peaceful. It was just us at breakfast and we got to enjoy eating slowly and staring up at the mountains. well kept and clean, felt high quality, i bought a stuffed bison from the shop in the office.

We had our work Christmas dinner at the Lodge last night. Everything was excellent. Food was amazing, the room we were in was cozy and decorated beautifully. I had to email the Events Manager today to rave about how awesome our host was with our group. Everyone commented on how super attentive and friendly she was. She never turned down a drink request (she made some very tasty drinks) checked in regularly on us to see if there was anything we needed or wanted and when some members of our party were very late due to an accident on the bridge nearby she made sure that they would still get a multi-course! warm dinner. She was that little bit of extra that made the night true perfection. I highly recommend spending time at the Fraser River Lodge
