Is full payment required for accommodations at the time of booking?
Our payment policy is as follows: If your arrival date is less than 60 days away from your booking date, 100% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. However, if your arrival date is more than 60 days away, only 20% of the total amount is due upfront, with the remaining 80% payable upon check-in. This policy ensures a smooth and convenient process for our guests while also allowing for flexibility in planning. If you have any further questions or require clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Which of your lodging options include private hot tubs?
Private hot tubs are available in our Homestead Chalet, the Outpost, and our Bison Hot Tub Suites, accommodating groups ranging from 2 to 8 people, offering options suitable for various party sizes.

What is the Fraser River Lodge?
The Fraser River Lodge is a luxury destination resort located in a picturesque setting. It offers a unique experience with amenities like wild bison, gourmet dining, and a variety of activities for guests to enjoy.

What types of accommodations are available at the lodge?

What dining options are available?
We pride ourselves on offering gourmet dining experiences. Due to exclusive events, we may not be able to offer dining, please contact our office team to ensure we have availability (office@fraserriverlodge.com or 604.796.1210)
If you have a reservation to dine with us, please note that at the Chef's Table, there are no set selections to choose from. Our talented chefs take pride in curating a unique and exceptional culinary journey for each guest. To ensure we cater to your preferences and dietary requirements, we kindly request that you provide us with any relevant information, including dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal dislikes, at least two weeks before your scheduled arrival. This advance notice is crucial for our chefs to craft a personalized menu that incorporates the freshest local farm-to-table ingredients. Offerings of diverse game meats like rabbit, pheasant or elk and seafood like oysters, uni, and seaweed are often served at our Chefs Table. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a memorable dining experience. Please note that if we do not receive this information 2 weeks prior to your arrival we will not be able to accommodate your preferences/allergies.
If dining is unavailable during your stay, we can recommend nearby restaurants to enjoy.
What activities are there to choose from?
At the Fraser River Lodge, our range of activities caters to diverse interests, allowing you to choose from thrilling group adventures like axe throwing, yoga, campfire & s’mores, lawn games, snowmageddon, fishing excursions, trap shooting, and pontoon and jet boat rides. Whether you're with a group or a solo traveller, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Some activities have a minimum group size.
Can I book activities in advance?
Yes, we encourage guests to book their activities in advance to ensure availability during their stay.
Is the lodge suitable for families?
Absolutely! The Fraser River Lodge welcomes families and offers family-friendly activities and accommodations.
Do you offer wedding or event packages?
Yes, we offer wedding and event packages that can be tailored to your preferences. Our event coordinators can assist you in planning a memorable celebration. You can explore our weddings or corporate & group bookings page, or reach out to us at office@fraserriverlodge.com.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the lodge?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
Is transportation provided to and from the lodge?
Transportation to and from the lodge is not included in the booking. However, we can provide information about transportation options and assist with arrangements if needed.

What is the cancellation policy?
90% of the entire trip total amount will be refunded upon cancellation of your trip only if your trip vacancy is filled by the Lodge or yourself. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
