Domestic Meat and Cheese Platter – $4.00 per person – 50 ppl
House seasoned roast beef, house smoked turkey breast, honey ham, Italian salami, local cheddar and imported cheeses. Served with assorted crackers and mustards.


Gourmet Meat and Cheese Platter – $7.00 per person – 50 ppl
Chef’s choice of premium local meats and cheese. Includes local made salami, sausages and pates. House roasted Prime Rib and Alder wood smoked turkey. A selection of local made farmhouse cheeses. Served with baguette, assorted crackers and mustard.


West Coast Seafood Platter – $5 per person – 100 ppl
Chilled mussels and clams steamed with white wine and lemon. Alder smoked wild sockeye salmon and maple candied salmon. Poached tiger prawn martini tower. Served with sliced lemon, tartar and cocktail sauces.


Cold Smoked Salmon Platter – $5 per person – 30 ppl
Indian candy smoked salmon and Alder smoked Sockeye salmon garnished with red onion, lemon, capers. Served with baguette crisps, garlic cream cheese, and tartar sauce


Tiger Prawn Martini Tower – $2.75 per person – 25 ppl
Tiger Prawns Steamed in White Wine and lemon. Served with house made cocktail sauce


Assorted Sushi Platter – $9 per person – 50 ppl
Selection of hand rolled sushi. Fresh tuna and salmon along with traditional favourites like crab and California rolls. Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.


Baked Brie – $2 per person – 50 ppl
Local triple cream brie, oven baked in crispy filo pastry served with crackers and grapes.

Olives and Pickles – $1.75 per person – 75 ppl
Assortment of Mixed olives. Sweet and spicy peppers. Pickles and Cornichon. Served with crackers


Fresh Vegetables and Dip – $1.50 per person – 30 ppl
Gourmet selection of fresh market vegetables. Served with duo of assorted dips


Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Platter – $2.75 per person – 30 ppl
Grilled vegetables seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served with artichokes and fresh baguette.


Vegetarian Antipasto platter – $3.00 per person – 30 ppl
A colourful display of marinated artichokes, roasted and grilled vegetables, stuffed jalapeno peppers and olives as well as a selection of imported cheese accompanied by a roasted red pepper dip and a selection of crusty Italian breads.


Spinach and Artichoke Dip – $2 per person – 30 ppl
Creamy Spinach and artichoke dip. Made in house with fresh spinach, onions, tomatoes, and Chefs secret blend of cheeses. Served hot with tortilla chips.


Trio of Dips – $2.50 per person – 30 ppl
House mde selection of dips. Creamy Tzaziki, savoury Hummus, and roasted garlic and olive tapenade. Served with tortilla chips and warm naan bread


Madras Tandoori Platter – $3.00 per person –30ppl
Tandoori: lamb, beef, chicken kebabs and mini Vegetable samosas served with tamarind chutney and yogourt cucumber and mint rittia.

Roasted Angus Prime Rib – $9 per person – 50 ppl
The finest Angus certified Prime Rib. Slow roasted with chef’s secret spices. Served with mustards and natural veal jus


Smoked Bison Prime Rib - $11 per person – 50 ppl
Mesquite smoked bison rib eye. Slow roasted and served with mustards and black currant jus


Glazed Honey Ham - $4.50 per person – 50 ppl
Local Fraser valley ham. Glazed with honey, Dijon, and apricots. Served with local bing cherry jus and mustards


Smoked Pork Loin – $3.00 per person -30ppl
Fraser valley pork loin lightly smoked and crusted with Pistachios nuts Dijon and Herbs. Served with Cherry and pearl Onion Jus


Classic Italian Porchetta – $9 per person – 75 ppl
Local young hog deboned and stuffed with roasted garlic, rosemary and fennel served with Pearl Onion Sage Jus (min. 75ppl)

Fresh Fruit Platter - $3 per person – 30 ppl
A premium selection of fresh fruit and berries. Includes melons, pineapple, strawberries and choice seasonal berries


Watermelon and Strawberry Platter - $2 per person – 30 ppl
A refreshing platter of watermelon and strawberries.


French Pastries - $3.50 per person – 30 ppl
A exquisite selection of handmade petit fours. Includes miniature tarts, cream filled cannoli, and chocolate and vanilla “swans”.


Baked Seasonal Fruit Crumble - $1.75 per person – 30ppl
House made seasonal crumble, made with fruit in the peak of season. Served with vanilla Chantilly cream.


Chocolate Pate - $3 per person – 15 ppl
Decadently rich milk chocolate pate. Handmade and covered with a crispy chocolate ganache.


Ice Cream Sundae Station - $3.50 per person – 30 ppl (Self Serve)
Homemade Vanilla and chocolate ice cream served with fun fixings (chocolate and fruit sauce, m&m’s, gummi bears, sprinkles, chopped nuts, chocolate chips and whipping cream…)
