We believe that dining is an integral part of the lodge experience. Our meat, salad, eggs, fruit (in season), cheese, berries and veggies are mostly all organic and locally raised or grown. Our commitment to freshness means that even our coffee is locally roasted organic and our bread comes from a bakery which uses local grown grains. We know the farmers and producers of our food and therefore we guarantee freshness and quality. You can expect only the best in this unique dining environment. We invite you to spend time at our lodge, not just come, eat and leave as you would do in an ordinary restaurant. Plan your schedule to walk along the river, spend some time in our spectacular games room, play a game of pool, dart, foosball or chess or tour the local circle farm tour. The scenery around us is breathtaking - overlooking our herd of wild bison, the mighty Fraser River and the majestic 7,000 ft. Mt.Cheam which can be seen from every room in our lodge.
