Chef brings a unique combination of experienced calmness "to the table" featuring cuisine from the Pacific Northwest. Most of the ingredients served in our meals are locally raised and grown.
Chef Bill's culinary path started at a young age working at his family restaurant in Maple Ridge, BC. He soon had a taste for the hospitality industry that has never diminished. Through culinary arts apprenticeship training at BCIT and VCC, Bill attained his Culinary degree and Canadian Red Seal in 1990.
Working as Executive Chef in many exclusive golf courses and hotels have seasoned Chef Bill into the passionate culinary ambassador he is today. Infusing trend with tradition, Chef Bill looks forward to creating delicious dishes from the freshest local ingredients. "Comforting food with flare!"
