Each of our professional and mature guides has over 25 years of fishing experience. You will notice that our "youngest" guide is in his mid/late Thirties. Our guides enjoy the quality guests that our lodge hosts. Kevin Lee (left)

"The Fish Whisperer" - a man of few words with the instinct of a fish. That`s what many of our guests tell us over and over again. Well rounded, excellent fishing skills. With us since the year 2000. Kevin doesn't need to brag about things - he just does it. If you look in his face, you may see his eyes smile, after landing a monster sturgeon. A real character with extensive fishing and outdoor knowledge and one of the most requested guides at the lodge. Kevin would prefer to fish more than 360 days per year.


Rod Bourell

His only passion bigger than hunting is fishing. Rod is well rounded and is known for his entertaining fishing and hunting stories as well as his home-style smoked salmon (he may bring you a piece to try once you are out with him). He has an extensive knowledge of the rivers, streams and lakes in our area. He is an original character who probably likes to live in the bush, rather than in any town. He always seems to find a place where he went fishing in the "good old days". Rod has been with the lodge since 2004 and is a great team player.


Frank Staiger

Frank is the founder and owner of the company along with his wife Anne and business partners Jeff and Patrick. Frank loves to guide and fish and enjoys spending quality time with guests of the lodge. He is a charismatic storyteller, full of enthusiasm and a positive attitude. He enjoys being surrounded by his excellent team, who make him look good. One of his specialties is wilderness river fishing/guiding and some guests stated, that he prepares the best salmon BBQ there is.

 

Kerry Krahn (left)

Reverend Kerry is a man of passion when it comes to the important things in life such as fishing. He is a well rounded fishing guide with an incredible knowledge of all fishing methods our area offers, this comes from a wealth of over 30 years of fishing since childhood on. His personality is outstanding and whether you want to fish for trout, sturgeon or salmon, fly- or spin fishing, Kerry will make sure you are well looked after. Besides being a fishing guide, he is also an accomplished Chef. Kerry is with our lodge since 2003.



Dale Servatius

A teacher during the year, a full time guide during the summer months. Extensive knowledge about the rivers and the culture in our valley. Well rounded and educated guide for any fishing method. Very professional with both fishing and excellent hunting skills. Dale has been with the lodge since 2002.




Richard Kesslar (left)

A banker goes fishing. Richard is a retired bank manager with a "cracking" personality and always a smile on his face. Great entertainment and lots of fun in his boat. Richard guides for the lodge since 2002. He is a well rounded fisherman and entertainer. Be sure to taste Richard`s special coffee - I could tell you what`s in there, but than we have to shoot you, therefore taste it for yourself - it is DELICIOUS.


Tony Moore

A charismatic die-hard fisherman since childhood. A man who knows what he wants - fish, fish, fish. Tony lives 40 yards from a tributary of the Fraser River and is fishing over 200 days per year. Extremely experienced salmon fisherman with superb fly-fishing skills in all areas of BC. Tony is an incredible still water fisherman and accomplished fly tier. Tony is one of our most requested guides due to his outgoing personality and hard work he puts in during your fishing holiday with him.

Bob Manyk

Joined our team in 2006. Bob is a retired firefighter with a gentle personality and very much liked by our guests. A well rounded fisherman and an excellent people person. When Bob is not out fishing on the local rivers and lakes he is busy teaching different courses to firefighters in his spare time. He is a very good listener and always strives to be the best, but most important to him is that his customers have a great day out fishing !!



Greg Rideout

GREG "BIG DOG" RIDEOUT. Nicknamed "Big Dog" for his outrageous Golf Drives, delivers a passion to the fishing experience. Greg is a retired businessman who has found his passion in fishing many years ago. He is a well rounded fisherman, a perfectionist who guides for salmon as well as sturgeon. Greg has a very nice personality and is an excellent people person and that is why we know you will enjoy your time on and off the water with Greg.
