Our brand new, state of the art meeting facility is a meeting place "outside the box", featuring extensive rock work, a fireplace, cedar wood walls and “the sun” a beautiful native carving by Artist Don Froese. We brought nature into the meeting room in order to break away from the ordinary box style meeting places. Enjoy spectacular mountain views and - perhaps - our wild bison may observe your meeting through the windows. We can accommodate 27 guests boardroom style and 55 guests theater style.
As a Second choice, we are offering a 30 x 70 foot conference room with 14 foot high vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors and a rock fireplace. The windows are floor to ceiling to capture the breathtaking mountain- and river views. This meeting room can hold up to 200 guests theater style and 132 guests conference style.
For larger groups interested in meetings in nature, we offer a 40x60 event tent overlooking the mighty Fraser River and the 7,000 ft. Mount Cheam. The tent is set up on the bison field, less than a stone throw away from the shore. A commercial interlocking floor system guarantees flawless walking even in stockings. The venue can seat up to 200 people boardroom style. Please inquire for your next green meeting “Outside the box”.
