Hook: 12-6 nymph
Thread: 6/0 black
Tail: Natural guinea hackle fibers
Body: Black, green or red seal fur
Ribbing: Medium flat silver tinsel
Legs: Natural guinea hackle fibers
Wing: Pheasant tail fibers
Head: Peacock herl 
Tying Instructions:
1) Tie in guinea hackle fibers at bend of hook for tail.
2) Tie in silver tinsel.
3) Spin seal fur on to thread and wrap forward leaving enough room for head.
4) Wrap tinsel over seal fur, keeping equal space between wraps, secure with thread and trim.
5) Tie in guinea out bottom for legs, legs should be about the same length as tail.
6) Select a clump of pheasant tail fibers and lay on top for wing. Make several soft wraps with your thread, to prevent the wing from flaring up. Progressively wrap tighter till the wing is secure on top.
7) Tie in one strand of peacock herl, and wrap forward to eye of hook, secure with thread and trim.
8) Whip finish and head cement.
